Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

The unit is fully equipped with the latest technology in Baby Care equipments, Trans vital NIBP Monitors, Pulseoximeters, Neonatal High Frequency Ventilators, Syringe and Infusion Pumps, X-ray unit, Infant Baby care warmer ,Double surface photo therapy unit and other imaging services are provided exclusively for NICU. The Unit is supported by 24 hours automated Pathology Laboratory.

 

Dr.Sumana Rao, MD, DABP (USA) is the Consultant Neonatologist. She has extensive neonatology training in USA. She will be supported by a group of Resident Doctors with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma and Staff Nurses specially trained in this area.

All the deliveries are attended by the consultants and residents, who are trained in neonatal life support.
